Operations Administration Support - East Rockingham, WA About the role and Opportunity - We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administration Support professional to join our Fuels depot team in East Rockingham. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative and operational functioning of the site. You'll play a key role in payroll, invoicing, record keeping, and supporting frontline operations-while building strong relationships with internal teams and drivers. Key Responsibilities and Duties, but limited to - Process end-to-end payroll, including overtime reviews, query resolution, and system accuracy. Maintain accurate operational and employee records to support payroll, compliance, and reporting. Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor set-up to ensure timely approvals and payments. Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office and depot operations. Support driver administration, including reimbursements, record maintenance, and relationship management. Assist with compliance activities, including WorkCover documentation, training tracking, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate purchasing and supplier management, including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining supplier relationships. What you'll bring to succeed - Experience in payroll processing (weekly cycles preferred). Administrative and data management skills. Exposure to invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor management. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders. Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
