Responsibilities
- SOX Controls Ownership
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all SOX-related matters locally
- Own and maintain the internal control framework, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements

- Deliver performance reporting and analysis, translating data into actionable insights
- Provide guidance on cost control, margin evolution, and financial risks
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost allocation in line with US GAAP and Redwire accounting standards
- Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and financial transparency across projects
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or a mix of both
- Knowledge of and hand-on experience with SOX/internal control frameworks
- First experience in Business Controlling (budgeting, forecasting, analysis)
- First experience with ERP systems (Redwire uses D365), including data and project structures
- Familiarity with BE GAAP and/or US GAAP environments
- Experience with reporting and BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric / Power BI)
