Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, training, or account management. (3+ years of experience preferred)
Demonstrated technical aptitude with a complex or technical product (electrical, automotive, medical equipment, or similar); ability to learn and confidently present generator products
Comfortable presenting and training in front of groups both in-person and virtually
Strong communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote, field-based environment; thrives in a high-activity role requiring consistent outreach and partner engagement
Prior experience working with or as a manufacturers' representative agency or within the electrical distribution channel preferred.
Travel
Must possess the ability to travel 50-70% of the time.

The Salary range for this position is $89,800.00-$114,100.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
