Onsite - Bangalore, IN Main responsibilities:
Adhere MCIPL yearly KPI and enhance Maintenance Software
Create vision and implement to make MCIPL towards Industry 4.0
Planning and Scheduling Preventive Maintenance Compliance. Adhering to MTTR, MTBF, Energy consumption/Unit output, Maintenance cost/Unit Output.
Create 3-year Spare parts planning list and establish Budget for MCIPL (Facility & Maintenance).
Maintaining the Plant and Machinery, Testing equipment, DG set, Air compressors, Air condition units, LT and HT Switch gears. Implement, Sustain and Enhance TPM Culture in the organization.
Provide Proper Justification to replace outdated equipment with ROI
Should have very high trouble shooting capability. (MCIPL F&M)
Mandatory Electrical license as per Sight location factory act.

Grant permission to technicians for out pass/half day leave based on emergencies
