Specialized Experience for the GS-12, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Performing operational and administrative functions, maintaining records and official documents, and coordinating executive schedules and calendars involving multiple priorities and stakeholders in support of executive learning operations; AND Coordinating office activities; relaying information and communications to leadership in a timely and effective manner; and independently prioritizing and routing matters to appropriate staff for resolution; AND Conducting research and analysis to support learning projects, initiatives, or programs; preparing reports, briefing materials, or correspondence; and communicating effectively with leadership, staff, and external stakeholders; AND Recommending and tracking metrics; and identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance office efficiency and learning program effectiveness. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
