Manage environment including Safety and Morale of the people
Ensure discipline is followed on shopfloor
Yield Improvement / Support in Process Improvements
Documentation for Quality Systems like ISO / TS 22163
Training to operators
Control of the entire shift / Planning / Quality / Maintenance
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Monthly inventory cycle variance analysis
Monthly inventory cycle count
Knowledge of Problem-solving tools
Use of SAP for various reports
good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi as well.

Responsible for Safety of Team
Preferred 5 to 7 years working in mass production organization,
Carry out inventory count of RM on monthly basis;
Implementation of 5S on shopfloor
Support in Process Improvements.
Leading people involvement in improvement projects, QICs, Kaizen scheme and presenting ppt for quality circle.
experience working with robots for welding or assembly will be added advantage,
Knowledge about fabrication shop including CNC machines, welding & painting machine.
Managing maintenance function would be added advantage.
Having experience of negotiation in CBA. would be added advantage .
