Minimum Requirements
Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable)
RE5 certification (essential)
Minimum 3-5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Established client base (advantageous)
Strong business development and networking capability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Own reliable transport
