Role Overview As Senior Marketing Manager - HPC Preservation , you support the global marketing strategy for Personal Care and Home Care Preservation within Arxada's Microbial Control Solutions business, and take the lead on creating and implementing the marketing communication and lead generation plans that bring it to market across regions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you partner with portfolio and commercial leaders to translate strategy into campaigns, content, and demand-generation programs that drive pipeline, share, and margin. Above all, you bring a solution-driven mindset - translating customer and market challenges into actionable, value-creating offers. In this highly visible global role, you will collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory, Product Management and Sales leaders to translate market insights into clear priorities, build the tactical marketing programs that activate them, and empower regions to execute with consistency and speed - helping Arxada grow through differentiated, value-based solutions that protect people and planet. Essential Job Functions Strategy Execution & Portfolio Deployment Support the development and ongoing management of the global marketing strategy for HPC Preservation, including Personal Care Preservation, Emulsifiers, and Home Care Preservation. Proven ability to drive market expansion, product positioning, and value-based selling initiatives through close collaboration with Sales, Technical Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Distribution partners. Help shape global value propositions, positioning, and messaging frameworks that differentiate Arxada's portfolio. Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, generic value propositions, regulatory developments, and customer insights into region-specific marketing assets and collateral. Identify and Lead growth in key initiatives, including Go-to-market strategy and execute. Support the global innovation and NPD pipeline, from concept through commercialization and launch. Marketing Communication & Lead Generation Create and implement the global marketing communication plan - digital content, webinars, trade shows, and PR - translating strategy into clear, consistent messaging across regions. Design, run, and optimize lead generation programs and campaigns that deliver measurable demand and qualified pipeline through various channels - print, digital - social media, email etc. Manage the marketing calendar, budget, agencies, and channel mix end to end, governing global brand, content architecture, and external visibility. Build and maintain the sales enablement toolkit: value-based selling tools, pricing narratives, segmentation playbooks, and global sales-force training frameworks. Define and track marketing KPIs (MQLs, lead-to-pipeline conversion, campaign ROI, share of voice), iterating on tactics based on performance data. Train sales and distributor organizations include customer visits. Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership Partner cross-functionally with R&D, TS&D, Regulatory, Product Management, and Sales to align strategy, prioritization, and execution. Enable regional sales teams to localize and activate global programs effectively and at speed. Support the regional EMEA strategy while contributing to overall global business strategy. Qualifications & Experience Min. 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, or Commercial roles, with a track record spanning both strategic planning and hands-on tactical execution. Solution-driven mindset, with a bias for turning customer pain points and market challenges into differentiated, value-creating solutions. Demonstrated global / multi-region marketing experience, including running campaigns and enabling sales across diverse geographies (EMEA experience strongly preferred). Proven experience in Home Care, Personal Care, Preservation and/or Ingredients markets. Strong track record in marketing communications, demand and lead generation, and value-based marketing, with proven ability to support portfolio strategy and innovation.
