Understanding of server platform architecture and out-of-band management
Experience bringing up and debugging BMC platforms on real hardware
Strong knowledge of Arm Cortex-M, Cortex-A and RISC-V cores.
Proficiency in Zephyr, Tock or other real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Familiarity with OpenBMC upstream contributions or customization is a plus

What You Can Expect
Design and develop firmware and platform software for Marvell's Compute, Storage, and Custom ASIC solutions
Develop and maintain BMC/OpenBMC-based management firmware for hardware reference platforms
Partner with hardware teams to bring up and validate BMC and system platforms
Implement and optimize management controller firmware to improve platform observability and testability
Develop low-level drivers and platform services (USB, I2C, I3C, SPI, PCIe VDM, etc.)
Build and maintain system management features (MCTP, PLDM, IPMI/Redfish, telemetry, health monitoring)
Create test plans, automate validation, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline for firmware qualification.
