Act as a senior finance business partner to the APAC leadership team , providing commercial insight, constructive challenge, and practical solutions to support strategic and operational decision-making. Support the development and execution of regional strategies, ensuring commercial objectives are backed by sound financial analysis, appropriate governance , and clear risk assessment. Lead and support cross-functional projects across APAC, including business transformation, market entry, joint venture setup, operational improvement, and other strategic initiatives. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including variance analysis, trend analysis, risks and opportunities, and proactive engagement to provide recommendations for action. Support regional budgeting and re forecasting processes by providing insight on assumptions, scenario analysis, and business implications, in partnership with the core FP&A and controllership teams. Provide financial support and project management on M&A, investment, and expansion activities, including business case development, financial modelling, due diligence, deal support, and post-deal implementation where required . Monitor business performance drivers across APAC operations and identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost control, capital discipline, and working capital management. Work closely with controllership, shared services, and local market teams to ensure timely close, accurate reporting, and clear follow-through on financial issues and actions. Strengthen financial governance and decision-making by ensuring appropriate controls , approval processes, policy compliance, and alignment with company interests across markets and projects. Champion practical improvements in reporting, analysis, and decision support tools to enable clearer insight and better management action across APAC. You might fit for the role if you have...... Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, Business, or related degree , member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, strategic finance, or related finance leadership roles Hospitality, Retail, or Travel industry experience a plus Experience supporting strategic projects, business transformation, market entry, joint ventures, M&A, or investment-related activities Able to translate complex financial and commercial data into clear, actionable insight for business leaders Proven ability to act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge, and practical solutions Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth objectives with governance, control, and risk management Demonstrated Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modelling Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously BI and/or Data Analytics experience preferred Open to occasional travel Fluent in English About us: Our story Collinson Group is a global leader in driving loyalty and engagement for many of the world's largest companies.
