REQUIREMENT S Must have either a BSN, or 5 years' applicable nursing experience A current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required PREFERRED REQUIREMENT S MSN or higher desired/preferred. Applicable experience in patient advocacy, care management, and knowledge of hospital and community resources Case Management or similar experience License: RN, BSN Certification: Specialty certification in care management (CCM, RN-BC, ACM or similar) ProMedica is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health care organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
