The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here's how the Talent Acquisition Partner role will make an impact: Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, Europe & Emerging Markets, you will partner closely with Viatris HR and Business Unit leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber talent across Europe. This role suits a resourceful, creative, and proactive TA professional who takes ownership, works independently, and stays persistent in delivering results while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment. Own the full end-to-end recruitment process: post vacancies, review and shortlist applicants, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain clear candidate communication throughout. Use Viatris tools and platforms (e.g., Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter). Deliver full lifecycle recruiting: define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, present shortlists, drive selection, manage offers/negotiations, and oversee all related administration-ensuring a diverse, qualified pipeline. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and translate business priorities into actionable recruitment plans. Lead hiring manager kick-off meetings to align role scope, ideal profiles, search approach, timelines, and assessment methods; leverage market insights and data to refine the strategy. Build strong relationships with business leaders to develop a deep understanding of their organization, talent needs, and workforce plans. Manage offer delivery with hiring managers: coordinate and explain compensation, benefits, and (where applicable) relocation; support negotiation and closing to secure top talent. Strengthen Viatris' talent brand through internal partnerships, recruiting events, and engagement across external channels. Track, deliver, and report recruitment KPIs/metrics, partnering closely with the Shared Services team to ensure accuracy, cadence, and continuous improvement. Contribute to Global TA projects that improve processes, assess new technologies, and expand or enhance services for the business. About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences: 2-3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a technical environment. Strong execution skills: able to prioritize, build clear action plans, drive collaboration, and build trust with stakeholders. Experience working within a Talent COE and HR Shared Services model (preferred). A genuine, solutions-focused approach with a strong appetite to learn and grow professionally. Highly driven and focused, able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Experience with Workday Recruiting is an advantage, alongside strong IT skills (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication and confident presentation skills. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations (preferred). Fluency in English and another European language. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
