Mercy Place Montrose is a modern and state of the art facility that retains its community and family feel. We are looking for a happy, bright and energetic person to fill vacant shifts 2 days a week with opportunity to pick up extra shifts to fill annual leave on occassions in our cleaning and hospitality services. The team at Montrose work well together, supporting each other so that our residents are happy and well cared for living in a happy and homely environment.
To ensure the facility is cleaned and maintained in accordance with cleaning schedules and in line with infection control guidelines.
Liaise with staff across multiple fields to support and ensure the residents home is fresh and inviting at all times.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with basic computer skills and the ability to adapt and problem solve.
A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to resident engagement.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Experience in an aged care or hospital environment of a similar position.
Understanding and working knowledge of infection control practices within a residential aged care environment or similar.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
Current Police Check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
