About the role

As a Stores Operative, you'll be an integral part of our Logistics team, helping to ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the business. You'll be responsible for accurately receiving, storing and picking materials, maintaining stock accuracy within our ERP system, and ensuring materials are available when needed to support production. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, organised and efficient stores operation while adhering to quality and health and safety standards. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for continuous improvement, helping us enhance the way we operate and deliver for our customers. To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience working within a stores, warehouse or logistics environment and be comfortable using computer systems to manage stock and inventory. Experience of ERP systems and stock control processes would be advantageous, as would previous experience within a manufacturing or aerospace environment. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You'll take pride in your work, enjoy working as part of a team and be motivated to contribute to a high-performing operation.
