Consult and partner with P&C teams and individuals on a broad range of people-related topics, including employee relations, organizational design, culture, recruitment, and retention.
Develop, leverage and implement HR solutions to improve the utilization, performance, and retention of Collinson's talent resources.
Establish and maintain relationships with team members to enhance communication flow within the broader regional and global team.
Work closely with P&C leaders to identify, develop, and retain the right talent.
Drive local market conditions while ensuring best practices from a global perspective.
Responsible for all matters related to personnel department: payroll, vacations, 13th salary, hirings, terminations, time track, taxes, etc.
Ensure consistent application of policies, practices, and strategies.
Responsible for talent acquisition processes (sourcing, interviewing, orientation, and onboarding), ensuring excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Manage Payroll approval and issues management.
Responsible for administering and managing employee Total Rewards Program.
Responsible for internal communications and employee engagement activities.
Responsible for supporting and developing local P&C team.
Responsible for supporting employees with objectives and performance review processes.
Responsible for creating local policies and adapting global ones to the local reality.
Responsible for following the local legislation.
Support the managers, locally and globally, with all types of people matters.
Support the Finance team with the budgeting process.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
Completed bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related areas.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and effectively to meet frequently changing business-driven timelines.
