Job Title Associate Account Manager, Hotel Enterprise Partnerships (HEP), APAC Introduction to the team The Hotel Enterprise Partnerships (HEP) APAC team manages relationships with Expedia Group's most strategic hotel partners across Asia-Pacific. We use data, insights, and scalable programs to unlock growth for enterprise hotel groups and strengthen their partnership with Expedia Group. As an Associate Account Manager, you will provide the analytics, reporting, and project execution backbone that helps Senior Account Managers deliver exceptional commercial outcomes across the Key Partner (KP) portfolio. Note that this is an internal-facing, portfolio-wide role - you will not manage individual partner relationships. In this role, you will: Deliver portfolio-wide competitiveness insights by building regular competitive analyses, creating templated insight summaries (internal and partner-ready), and producing roll-ups that highlight prioritised action areas across all Key Partner accounts in APAC. Lead and support cross-partner projects such as operational audits, visibility optimisation initiatives, and package/bundling opportunity analyses, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, education, and adoption tracking for new tools and programs. Build and maintain the reporting backbone for the HEP APAC Key Partner portfolio by producing standard monthly performance reports and quarterly market insights (demand trends, guest segments, source markets) that inform internal planning and business reviews. Drive reporting and workflow automation in partnership with Analytics and internal tools teams, using AI agents and internal systems to pull, join, and summarise data, and to convert manual reports into self-serve dashboards or agent-driven outputs. Capture and scale best practices by compiling case studies, success stories, and reusable playbooks, and by keeping HEP Central and other assets (decks, playbooks, process guidance) accurate, current, and easy for the team to use. Support cross-portfolio operational issues where a scalable solution applies (for example, tax set-up alignment, finance processes, or compliance updates), working closely with cross-functional partners such as Onboarding and Maintenance. Experience and qualifications Required: You have 2+ years of experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, online travel, or a related commercial/analytical role. You have a degree in hospitality, business, analytics, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience. You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong Excel skills and confidence pulling and joining data from multiple sources, analysing results, and presenting clear, structured reports. You are fluent in hotel competitiveness concepts and tools and can interpret dashboards, identify root causes, and translate findings into prioritised actions for account teams and leaders. You are comfortable using AI tools and agents to summarise datasets, draft commentary, and automate recurring workflows, and you are curious about designing simple automations to make processes more efficient. You have proficient written and spoken English communication skills, and can distil complex topics into clear, actionable language when working with partners and colleagues across APAC time zones and cultures. You are organised and structured, with a track record of managing a pipeline of projects and recurring deliverables, translating broad requests into concrete workplans with defined outputs, owners, and timelines, while partnering effectively with multiple stakeholders. Preferred: Experience working with enterprise-level hotel accounts or portfolios across multiple APAC markets. Familiarity with Expedia Group systems (e.g. Sure, Tableau, Galaxy, BML dashboards, Seismic) and with hotel connectivity systems such as channel managers, central reservation systems (CRS), and property management systems (PMS). Experience using or shaping AI-powered tools, agents, or automations in a business context to improve reporting, insights, or operational efficiency. Proficiency in an additional APAC language. Accom
