Client Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and programmes to agreed time, cost and quality standards
• Own full project lifecycle deliverables, ensuring they meet agreed quality expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Fiserv and client organisations
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams across the full SDLC, including design, build, test, QA and implementation
• Clearly define and adapt the project approach as priorities or requirements change
• Manage scope, change control, resources and timelines effectively in a dynamic environment
• Lead virtual project teams with respect, clarity and accountability
• Take ownership of project commercials , including leadership of client negotiations
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery and development methodologies as the business scales
• Promote best practice and continuous improvement across the wider EPP team
• Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex projects in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle , including scope, change and process management
• Deep experience delivering high‑value, fixed‑price projects with full commercial responsibility
• Solid understanding of software development and delivery lifecycles within a commercial organisation
• Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and adaptability to change
• Strong track record working with remote and distributed delivery teams
• Ability to balance competing priorities while consistently meeting key milestones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and technical teams
• Payments industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Clarity and JIRA desirable
