A four (4) year combination of education, training, and/or progressively responsible experience performing administrative and/or complex clerical tasks including experience which demonstrates interviewing and data gathering skills as needed to form basis for judgments in eligibility determinations.

Core Responsibilities:
As a Financial Resources Specialist, you will help families improve their lives by providing them access to subsidies for childcare, enabling parents or guardians to be able to work or attend school. You will obtain and evaluate information from families in order to complete determinations and re-determinations of eligibility for childcare subsidies. You will ensure this information is entered into automated client information systems in an accurate and timely manner. You will initiate and monitor payments to providers. You will communicate directly with families and providers in order to obtain information and explain unit, state and federal rules, regulations and policies.
This position will also have:
