For our business, for clients, and for you We are currently seeking a Client Service Delivery Officer to join our growing Fund Administration team in Luxembourg. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive compensation and benefits package, with strong exposure to high-profile clients and complex fund structures. Your Role You will act as a key point of contact for clients while ensuring high-quality delivery of accounting services across a diverse portfolio of funds. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and overseeing Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for a range of open-ended fund structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures Taking ownership of client relationships, with full responsibility for accounting deliverables Acting as a trusted partner to clients, proactively addressing queries and resolving issues throughout the fund lifecycle Coordinating the production of accounting deliverables for structures such as SIFs, SICARs, UCITS and RAIFs under LUX GAAP Supporting operational teams in complex calculations in line with fund documentation Overseeing additional processes including invoicing and payments Contributing to the preparation and review of KPIs, internal reporting, and client deliverables Your Profile Minimum 3+ years' experience in Fund Administration in Luxembourg (PFS, accounting firms, or Big 4 preferred) Proven ability to manage client relationships and support/guide junior team members Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures and regulatory environment Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills Familiarity with Paxus and/or Xentis is considered an advantage Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus Why Join Us Exposure to a diverse and international client base Opportunity to take on ownership and responsibility early on Collaborative and dynamic working environment Competitive salary and benefits aligned with the Luxembourg market Additional Information Please note that a background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
