Requirements
Deep Knowledge of ServiceNow Solutions: Expertise in various ServiceNow modules and functionalities
ITIL Processes: Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and best practices
Enterprise Environment Experience: Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple integration points
System Architecture and Design: Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable and robust architectures
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud services, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies like AI and IoT
ITIL Certification
Proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions that meet business needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Informed about the technology market and trends.
