Provides technical and administrative support. Manages data entry, reporting, VMS configuration, and general program coordination for the team. They will act as first level support to the MSP program and utilize the VMS to resolve issues. Roles & Responsibilities Ticket/Email Management: Act as first level contact to help resolve queries of Hiring managers, suppliers and PMO team. Execute extensions, cost center changes, terminations, rate adjustments, password resets, in the VMS. Creation and processing reporting requests, such as Headcount report, invoice consolidation, PR/PO creations, tenure reports and Time sheets/overtime uploads. Validating data accuracy across VMS and HRMS across systems. Ensuring all workers are onboarded and offboarded in the system, including documentation and with compliance inside the VMS Key Expertise Excellent reporting and analytical skills within the VMS (Vendor Management System - Fieldglass, Beeline, Vindly, IQN,Coupa) Proficiency using excel and comfortable large volume of data. Technical and administrative support experience within the VMS Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work within a team environment
