How You'll Make an Impact: Build front-end applications from the ground up - turning early-stage product ideas into scalable, production-ready user experiences. Own the frontend architecture of new products, making key decisions around frameworks, structure, and performance from day one. Develop fast, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces using modern technologies, with a strong focus on usability and real-world impact. Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to shape features early, not just implement them. Establish and drive best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability across greenfield projects. Move quickly from concept to release - shipping iteratively, validating ideas, and continuously improving based on feedback. Identify and solve problems proactively, balancing speed with long-term scalability as products evolve. Contribute to a culture of ownership, where every decision directly influences the success of the product from day one.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Front-End Development experience
- 3+ years working with React, Vue, or Angular
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS
- Solid understanding of core coding principles and architectural best practices
- A habit of writing clean, well-structured, maintainable code
- Experience with unit testing is a strong plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to contribute beyond your tasks
- Comfortable communicating in English in a fast-paced, global environment
