So what does a Finance Manager really do? We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Finance Manager to drive end-to-end billing workflows. This role is a unique hybrid of financial processing and operational system management. Acting as the critical bridge between business rules and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of finance and systems operations, bringing a strong drive for process optimization and seamless team support.
As a Finance Manager , you will:
End-to-End Invoicing
Execute and manage the daily invoicing process for assigned verticals, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely dispatch.
Take ownership and proactively track pending approvals and send timely reminders to internal stakeholders to prevent billing delays during critical invoicing weeks.
Validate data integrity and communicate with cross-functional teams to close out financial periods.
System Troubleshooting & Integration Support
Serve as the first line of defense for investigating and resolving Invoice related errors within our financial tech stack (Oracle entries, Anaplan, and TUBA).
Partner with the IT and Systems teams internal and within the client to bridge the gap between Invoice business rules and system architecture.
Monitor system health during critical invoice generation periods and report bugs or integration failures for closure.
Process Governance & Audit Compliance
Maintain, review, and continuously update SOPs or Desktop Procedures (DTPs) to ensure workflows are fully documented.
Ensure all invoicing processes meet the strict compliance and evidence standards required by 3rd-party auditors.
Reporting & Stakeholder Support
Generate weekly SLA compliance and track reports or delayed deliverables.
Provide coverage and step up to support peer managers during peak volume periods or team absences.
Cross-train on various internal finance modules to build robust departmental knowledge.
