Join the Client Relations team in Canada Retirement at a key moment. This role plays a central part in client relationship management , with strong interaction with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal partners across the country. Position Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients in group retirement savings under $2M. Ensure the quality and continuity of relationships with sponsors and advisors. Support plan implementation in collaboration with internal teams. Promote and support the adoption of digital tools and processes. Manage plan amendments and terminations, as needed. Contribute to initiatives and projects related to the Savings for the Future offering. Required Qualifications: Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec. Knowledge of the retirement plan industry is an asset. Experience working with plan sponsors is an asset. University degree, preferably in administration, finance, or economics. Strong analytical skills.
