Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS ( Construction/ Main Con experience )

About the role

- Prepare and analyze cost comparison - Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers - Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off - Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments - Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles. - Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity takeoff techniques. - Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes. - Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively. - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.
