About the role
Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial KPIs. Work together with BHE factory management team to achieve factory's KPI target. Set and follow up targets for the unit, connecting to factory targets and break down to cell level. Implement ISO, ASME, PED, UL, KHK management system in the workshop. Participate in making Factory Operational Plan and implementation. Setup and maintain BCM(business continuity management) within unit Make costing update for the unit and control cost accordingly. Support new product development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD). Support projects related to Make. Other tasks assigned by direct manager What you know: Bachelor ' s degree of above, major in mechanics, engineering or equivalent Relevant Leadership and management skills 3-5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Project work experience Project management experience Fluent English We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
