About the role
We currently have an opportunity to join Bunnings as a People & Culture Partner within our West Division. Working as part of a small, collaborative and high‑impact People & Culture team, you'll partner closely with leaders to provide trusted advice, practical solutions and strategic people support across the business. You'll be the face of the People & Culture team for your stakeholders, providing strategic guidance across employee relations, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning. This role balances operational delivery with strategic influence, enabling leaders to build strong, engaged and capable teams. You'll work in close partnership with our Centres of Excellence to design and deliver people initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes for team members and the business. The role supports two regions across WA, with stores located between Melville and Margaret River, including travel to regional locations.
