Where You'll Make a Difference Implement and maintain plant quality systems in alignment with global quality programs and protocols, including ISO, GMP, HACCP, FMEA, and allergen control. Develop, review, and update SOPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams; ensure effective validation and verification processes. Lead and coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits, including preparation, execution, follow-up, and corrective actions. Conduct risk assessments, process analysis, and root cause investigations to reduce internal and external quality defects and rejection rates. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and methodologies to enhance process efficiency and product quality. Monitor and analyze quality performance data; prepare statistical reports and recommend preventative and corrective actions. Organize and deliver quality-related training to promote quality awareness and strengthen quality culture across the plant. Support non-conformance handling, troubleshooting of failure products, and quality issue resolution in collaboration with QC and operations teams. Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned by the Quality Manager. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree or above in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biological Science, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in QA/QC/QE roles within the flavors, fragrances, or food processing industry. Solid knowledge of quality management systems, GMP, HACCP, and product safety requirements. Strong project management capability with hands-on experience in quality engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. How Would You Stand Out? Professional quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent. Experience with Chinese regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety. Practical experience in managing external customer and regulatory audits.
