Don't stop reading, the best part's coming up 👇🏼 Internship details: Languages: French and English speakers ( both mandatory! ) / Portuguese, Spanish or Polish (nice-to-have) Location: This internship is on-site, in Lisbon at Amoreiras Square Contract Type: Internship - 6 months with possible extension or conversion to full-time Salary: 920EUR gross monthly + 10.20 per/ day of meal allowance paid by Coverflex Working hours: 9-hour shifts between 7 AM and 10PM (Portuguese time) with 1 hour for lunch break, with two consecutive days off per week. How You'll Shape Our Story: Key Responsibilities during the Internship: Assist customers via multiple channels: calls, emails and more Investigate and resolve issues by identifying root causes and solutions Monitor our charging network and act quickly to address any incidents Master various tools and knowledge bases to provide excellent support Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼: Languages: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), other languages like Portuguese, Spanish, or Polish are a big plus! Empathy: You understand and care about the user experience Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, adaptable to various channels Proactive Attitude: You work well independently in a fast-moving environment Passion for Sustainability: Enthusiasm for electric mobility is a strong advantage Location: Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate. Must be flexible to work rotating shifts. How you'll be Powered up?
