The Lead Analyst, Talent Digital Enablement, serves as a technical expert, project leader, and owner for Product Support Strategy within the People department. This role is responsible for supporting the evolution of our digital talent landscape, specifically focusing on Careers, Performance, Development, Succession, & Talent Acquisition. By leading technical projects and focusing on continual improvement, this individual ensures our systems-including Workday, iCIMS, and emerging AI technologies-are optimized to support Chick-fil-A's staff and talent strategies.
Functional Specific Duties:
Manage and collaborate with a 3rd party vendor to meet deliverables
Organize and track cross-team requests; align priorities with the Product Lead and provide status updates to key stakeholders & partners
Responsibilities
Lead Technical Projects: Lead digital projects, including the testing and training strategy.
Product Partnership: Partner with Product Leads to provide technical consultation and testing support for multiple systems.
Continual Improvement: Responsible for finding opportunities and building processes/structure to automate or simplify work.
Project Execution: Consult to the business to define and capture requirements, translating them into technology options and system design
Product Support & Operations Strategy: Understand the business team's needs and build a strategy to enable a scalable support model for systems and operational processes
Vendor Selection and Management: Participate in evaluating and testing new technology or services for the overall product portfolio. Manage vendors to ensure quality work.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with peers and third-party vendors to resolve customer issues, maintaining complete ownership of issues from beginning to resolution
Technical Support: Point person for day-to-day error handling and system questions from stakeholders
