You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During a typical project, you will engage in several activities, including:
Assess complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
Primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights
Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Requirements
The successful Life Sciences Analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:
Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree majoring or minoring in Life Sciences with a graduation date by Summer 2027
Demonstrated interest in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and club participation
Desire to work for a mission driven organization
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate research synthesis and deliver insights faster than traditional methods
Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems
The first-year base salary for this position is $92,500.
In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
