Strong SQL programming skills are required and experience in data science languages such as R and Python.
Experience in the use of Alteryx, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI is preferred.

Able to work independently with large and multiple data sets from various business processes and systems, to support the business in achieving strategic objectives.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, good organizational, interpersonal, and team skills.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Summary
Support the Audit Services Group (ASG) team in incorporating data analytics into all compliance and operational audits within the departmental and professional standards and established timeframes. Promote the usage of data analytics and continuously enhance data analytics skills of the ASG team.
Job Responsibilities
Perform data analytics and AI procedures to support the operations audit team and be able to identify red flags.
Support continuous monitoring and auditing initiatives.
Identify and recommend opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining adequate controls through automation.
Examine transactions, documents, records, reports, and procedures; prepare DA work papers recording and summarizing data pertinent to assigned projects.
Demonstrate teamwork by responsively cooperating with other engagement team members, sharing information and ideas.
Support preparation of reports that clearly communicate the results of DA activities.
Assist with training, development, and evaluation of staff members in data analytics, compliance audits, techniques, organizational issues, and departmental procedures and protocols.
Participate in departmental initiatives and projects to support a world-class internal audit function.

Education & Certification
Undertaking a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or a programming intensive degree/ programming related field is required.
