Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical and/or business field.
5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a software engineering environment.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional software development projects from inception to deployment.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar agile management platforms.
Experience in managing resource allocation and reporting metrics for initiatives valued.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an emphasis on simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategy based on shifting business requirements or technical constraints.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience coaching teams through continuous improvement processes.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and long-term operational efficiency.
