About the role
We are looking for an S&OP Manager to own and evolve our Sales & Operations Planning function at a European level, based at our EMEA headquarters in Geneva. The role sits within the Demand Planning team and is accountable for the full monthly S&OP cycle across all our omnichannel revenue streams: wholesale, retail, e-commerce, partner stores. You will be sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution, with monthly deliverables that feed directly into European senior leadership decisions and global US reporting As the S&OP Manager, you will run the monthly cycle end-to-end, consolidate the corporate forecast, discuss channel assumptions, and present a clear picture of where the business is heading to senior leadership. You own the inventory, KPI reporting, and communicate shipment forecasts to our Distribution Centers. And you are the one who knows, at any given moment, what the risks and opportunities are across all channels. Beyond running the process, we expect this role to help us move forward. Our current tools are largely manual, our templates have not been significantly updated in years, and the process has room to be sharper, faster, and more impactful. We expect you to be able to diagnose what needs to change, articulate what better looks like, and drive that improvement progressively while continuing to deliver a reliable monthly cycle. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE Run the monthly S&OP cycle Lead monthly channel preparation meetings across all revenue streams to collect inputs and debate assumptions Consolidate the corporate forecast and present it to senior leadership for sign-off, with clear scenario analysis, risk and opportunity assessment Update systems post-sign-off and report to global US teams Own inventory and KPI reporting Track inventory KPIs, identify deviations from targets, and recommend corrective actions Communicate shipment forecasts to Distribution Centers for workforce planning Handle ad hoc analyses driven by business context or requests from regional & global Finance and Supply Chain teams Revamp the process and modernise the tooling Diagnose current pain points after your first cycles and propose a clear improvement roadmap Work with our analytics team to replace legacy macro-based tools with fit-for-purpose solutions - you will need to articulate what to build, not just what is broken Improve how we collect inputs from channel partners: better templates, sharper questions, earlier visibility on risks Build the partnerships that make the process work Establish trusted-partner status with channel directors, senior leadership, DC teams, and global stakeholders Be present in the conversations that matter, both in the scheduled reviews and in the informal chats where business insights are shared Adapt how you communicate depending on your audience YOU ARE Someone who has done the detail work and knows how to leave it behind when walking into a leadership room: you can crunch the numbers at granular level and then present a clear, credible story to a VP without getting lost in the weeds Comfortable challenging people more senior than you - not confrontationally, but as a trusted partner who brings facts, scenarios, and a point of view Self-driven: you do not need daily guidance to structure your work, set your priorities, or decide what to tackle next Energised by complexity rather than slowed down by it: a monthly cycle that spans six channels, and a legacy toolset is the kind of challenge you find interesting, not overwhelming Able to hold two speeds at once - delivering the process reliably every month while setting aside time to think about how to make it better YOU HAVE Around 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, combining inventory/supply planning, demand planning, and direct S&OP management - all three disciplines matter for this role A background in apparel, fashion, outdoor, or another seasonal business with long lead times: the planning dynamics need to feel familiar from day one Solid technical skills: you are confident with Excel, experienced with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and
