Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC Regular PRIMARY FUNCTION The Senior Program Manager directs the overall management of the program management technical and/or non-technical staff function through subordinate managers. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has direct reports and performs exempt level decision making including interviewing, hiring, terminating, performance reviews, and performance corrections. This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: - Advanced computer skills; specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project and scheduling practices.
