Requisitos Académicos: Estudiante de últimos ciclos o egresado de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines, con formación en gestión de proyectos, desarrollo de negocios, análisis financiero, etc. Conocimientos Técnicos: Microsoft Office Avanzado PowerPoint Avanzado (presentaciones ejecutivas) Power BI intermedio/avanzado Herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Planner, etc.) Competencias: Alta capacidad de organización y seguimiento Capacidad de síntesis y estructuración de información Comunicación clara y efectiva (oral y escrita) Proactividad y autonomía Capacidad de desenvolverse en entornos multi-área Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de plazos Adicionales: Interés en el negocio de estaciones de servicio / retail energético Enfoque en orden, control y disciplina en la gestión
