We are excited to announce an opening for an Ultra Pure Water Engineering Team lead at our Austin, TX location. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll be Responsible For: As the Technical Lead of the UPW Engineering team, you will: - Provide technical insight and promote a safe work environment using a process safety mindset. You will be monitoring system performance and trend analysis for operational need. - Use of peer-reviewed quantitative and qualitative data in technical reports for financial requests, incident reports and upper management presentations. Provide oversight and communication to support the needs of Operations, Instrumentation & Maintenance teams as well as sub-contractors. - Provide guidance to personnel, management, and executives on water projects rationalization and future planning of technical road map. Lead technical evaluation of process issues in the UPW plant - Mentor, and provide technical development opportunities for each member of the UPW team through a collaborative career mapping approach that also support organizational objectives. Lead innovation in new water treatment technologies - Advise the team on prioritize of daily tasks, up through capital investment execution. Support management reporting needs through data collection, consolidation and analysis- Foster a team culture that promotes operational excellence, continuous learning, and empowerment. - Advise on succession planning for all UPW Engineer and Project Manager roles, as well as talent acquisition and retention.
