We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven professional to join our Account Management Team at Perk. As a Junior Account Manager (Long Tail), you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction while driving growth and margin within existing accounts. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of long-tail accounts (LT) across the Spanish Market.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of long-tail customers in the Spanish Market.
- Build strong relationships with your accounts and key decision-makers who shape their business travel programs.
- Gain a deep understanding of your customers' business to help them maximise their use of Perk.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop your portfolio by adding new business.
- Become an expert in Perk products to meet and exceed quarterly up-selling and cross-selling targets.
- Use data analytics to provide clients with business reviews, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Identify recurring issues within accounts and develop strategies for long-term solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between internal Perk teams and the Account Management team to ensure smooth product roll-outs.
- Prioritise your time effectively to maximise impact in key business areas.
- What You'll Need to Succeed
- Native Spanish Speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Previous account management or customer-facing role experience.
- Experience in SaaS or travel-tech is highly preferred.
- Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset while keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights for your clients.
