Own end-to-end delivery of a technology product or product area across multiple teams or squads , driving predictable and high-quality delivery of roadmap commitments from intake through release .
Own sprint commitments, execution, and delivery forecasting , b alanc ing priorities against team capacity and throughput and c oordinat ing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks .
Facilitate and ensure effective execution of all applicable ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, showcases, retrospectives, standups , etc. ) .
Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement .
Shape and evolve the SDLC model to support delivery at scale .
Support Product , Engineering, and Solution Delivery leadership with backlog management, hygiene, prioritization, and execution .
Lead capacity and allocation planning across teams and product areas .
Facilitate adaptation within sprints to manage change while protecting delivery commitments .
Own and report on key delivery metrics and insights , including sprint predictability, velocity, stability, flow, and outcomes , and support strategic planning efforts.
Identify , own, and mitigate product-level risks , team-level impediments , delivery issues, and dependencies .
Monitor and support team health, sustainability, and continuous improvement .
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles
Proven track record supporting multiple cross-functional technology development teams through complex and large-scale product roll-outs , ideally at healthcare, SaaS, and/or high-growth "start-up" companies
Functional and practical knowledge of multiple Lean-Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe , and/or Lean , with extensive experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, inceptions, slicing sessions, and planning workshops
Strong proficiency with common delivery collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence , and data analy sis and reporting tools ( PowerBI or similar)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to a variety of audiences and stakeholders, paired with meticulous attention to detail across written communications, status reports, and project plans
