The opportunity with us as Interior Designer We are looking for 2x Interior Designers to join our high performing team based in Sydney. Reporting to the Interiors Team Leader you will be assisting with the delivery of innovative commercial workplace and mission critical projects, supporting client management, design development and documentation from concept through to delivery. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid work arrangements You will be: Working as part of the project team, delivering due diligence, concept, detailed design and documentation as applicable. Contributing towards the documentation output with freehand drawings, documentation, specifications, schedules and purchase orders. Coordinating with other consultants and assisting in project meetings. Attending site inspections and supporting the response to RFIs and shop drawings. Managing internal project administration duties including document management. Supporting the development of design directions alongside the Senior Designers and Project Leader. We're looking for someone who has: Relevant qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. 3-5+ years commercial workplace (or similar) design experience working with top tier clients on projects. Exceptional sketch planning and concept design skills. REVIT proficiency preferred. Strong communication and client engagement skills. Desirable experience: Exposure to projects between 500-5000 sq metres. Experience developing positive supplier and client relationships.
