Experience with requirements analysis and requirements management tools and techniques
Experience in various project methodologies within the software development life cycle
Strong understanding of IT systems and architectures and the ability to communicate effectively with developers, architects, and QA.
Capability to analyze and model end‑to‑end business processes and understand how technology enables or improves them. AS‑IS / TO‑BE process flows. Use of BPMN, UML, or similar modelling techniques
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership levels.
Adheres to software development standards, processes and best practices
Canadian regulatory expertise
Proficient knowledge of Canadian Mutual and Segregated funds market
Solid understanding of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and Release/Change Management practices
Exposure to enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint
Requires strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communications

Participate in the preparation of project plans applying Scrum/Agile methodology
Lead participants in the project life cycle from inception to production
