Requirements
Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for software or technology teams.
Strong facilitation skills, with demonstrated ability to coach team dynamics, build trust, and navigate conflict constructively.
Proven ability to improve team engagement and morale in addition to improving delivery outcomes.
Working knowledge of backlog refinement, sprint/release planning, dependency management, and delivery reporting.
Comfort operating in regulated or governance-driven environments; able to support audit/compliance artifacts.
Familiarity with Jira (boards, dashboards, reporting) and Confluence (team documentation); comfortable facilitating in tools like Microsoft Teams.
Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices to support flow and release readiness conversations.
Working knowledge of project management practices, including milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and cross-team coordination in a complex delivery environment.
