JOB SUMMARY
Acts as a liaison between patients, staff, physician offices, various services related to treatment plan and hospital ancillary areas. Coordinates care for patients with actual or potential health concerns, specifically cancer diagnosis of the lung, breast, prostate, colon or rectum. Provides information and education to patients and families regarding illness and therapy, and acts as the patient advocate throughout the continuum of care.

Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period
Typical hours: Monday-Friday, Days
Education:
- Associates Nursing (ADN) - required
- Graduate of an approved professional nursing program.
Certification & Licensures:
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Missouri.
- BLS Certification
- Certification as an Oncology Nurse-preferred.
