Support asset integrity and reliability. Work with engineering to ensure critical equipment (pressure vessels, piping, relief systems, controls) is designed to the appropriate code/standard, properly inspected, tested and maintained. Help define inspection intervals and acceptance criteria, analyze equipment failures and near-misses.
Management of change program, review changes to equipment, chemicals, operating conditions procedure or software. Ensure safety impacts are assessed before changes are implanted, verify training, documentation and safeguards are updated.
