Job Summary:
Applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Collaborates in establishing patient goals and evaluates progress to ensure effective outcomes. Furthers professional growth by engaging in learning activities according to the Board of Nursing standards. .
Cardiac Cath Lab
Full-Time, Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (3 days per week)
Schedule includes participation in call rotation with a 30-min response time requirement, and occasional Saturday coverage based on procedural needs.
Join a high-acuity Cardiac Cath Lab team that plays a critical role in diagnosing and treating patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. Nurses in this area assist with invasive cardiac procedures, provide real-time patient monitoring, and collaborate closely with physicians and procedural teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Patient Population Includes
Patients undergoing diagnostic cardiac catheterizations
Percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
Structural heart procedures
Patients requiring hemodynamic monitoring
Adults with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
