As an APM, you will be responsible for leading the product design and development process, from ideation to launch. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Work closely with PMs and Engineering to drive execution on key product areas
Break down problems, write clear PRDs, and own specific features end-to-end
Analyze customer feedback, product usage, and market trends
Support GTM efforts including demos, feedback loops, and early-stage implementations
Continuously learn about GenAI, Voice AI, and enterprise SaaS workflows
What Makes You Qualified?
2+ years of experience (Product, Engineering, Consulting, or similar)
Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
High ownership mindset and willingness to go beyond defined scope
Fast learner with strong curiosity, especially around AI technologies
Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams

What does success look like
Product team is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the several Sprinklr products and build products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with crossfunctional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. You will independently drive ambiguous problem areas into shipped, adopted features and reduce dependency on leadership for day-to-day decisions.
