Requirements

Bachelor or master's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5years as an HRBP supporting
business leaders.
Strong basic knowledge in HR processes as manning planning, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding,
compensation & benefits, payroll, Labor law & employee relations, performance management.
Proven experience in working effectively with cross-functional business partners and HR experts.
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze workforce data to provide insights and inform
business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and build strong
relationships.
Track record of successful development of HR performance and deliverables as well as developing a
HR team.
Strong project management skills and experience leading change management initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
