Below are some of the physical demands the job will make of you. - Ability to stand and walk for a longs period of time. You'll be on your feet for most of the day moving between stations & attending to the cafe - Use of hands to reach, grip & perform specific movements. You'll use your hands to operate a register, handle knives to cut bagels, spread cream cheeses, and serve coffee & tea (among other responsibilities) - Squat, bend and reach for items below your waist and above your shoulders. For example, you will need to bend down into a fridge to grab the product or go above to grab cups - Ability to push/pull, lift/carry or move up to 50 pounds. For example, you'll handle gallons of milk, daily food orders, change trashes, and carry dishes - Climbing stairs and ladders. You may need to use a step ladder to reach something or navigate up & downstairs to access storage areas.
