How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the execution of UX/UI design for digital tools and workflows supporting business customers evaluating and purchasing Spectrum offerings
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to translate business needs, goals and pain points into effective digital solutions
Support and advance AI-enabled workflows to accelerate software development, streamline prototyping and clarify requirements
Align product requirements, design output and engineering implementation for seamless delivery
Drive high-quality design across customer journeys including solution discovery, product comparison, package configuration and purchase completion
Enforce design systems, reusable patterns and documentation standards to improve consistency and speed to market
Use research, analytics, experimentation and feedback to refine and inform design decisions
Participate in sprint planning, product discovery, prioritization and delivery reviews to integrate design throughout the development lifecycle
Advocate for usability, accessibility, consistency and customer-centered design in every project
