Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including Day 1 induction
- Act as a central point of contact for employee lifecycle and HR operations queries
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless employee transitions

- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely resolution of queries
- 4-5 years of experience in Employee Experience / HR Operations / Shared Services
- Hands-on exposure to Workday
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
- Good understanding of documentation, BGV, absence & benefits administration
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
